Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Liquid Games! This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that during high-volume periods (e.g., product releases, holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and the weight of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly advertised.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

4. Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once all items are available unless otherwise noted. We do not ship partial orders unless arranged in advance.

5. Shipping Issues & Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. However, we’re happy to help you initiate a claim if needed.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Liquid Games is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. For lost packages, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with filing a claim.
